Prisoners who are violent should receive the death penalty. Especially if they are repeatedly violent. By no means should prisoners be let out of prison for "not being violent". Them being in prison is a consequence of their actions. However, maybe we should reevaluate why certain prisoners are put into prison instead and change the consequence.
